Create an account, pick your account type, and you are in a 14-day free trial of Whittle, the full product. Add your first expense from the Expenses page.
Receipt photos are private. They are never linked publicly and are only served to you (or your account members) through an authorized, login-checked route.
Your account stays open on the Free plan. You keep full read access to everything you logged during the trial, nothing is deleted, and you can add up to 25 new expenses a month, up to 300 saved expenses in total. Budgets, reports, CSV and tax export, bank imports, and the AI features are on the paid plans.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Manage your card, invoices, or cancellation from Subscription → Manage billing. Team plans bill per active member.
Yes, on a paid plan. Go to Team, invite by email, and choose a role. Accepting an invite turns your account into an organization and shares its data with members. Free accounts cannot send new invitations, though anyone already on the account keeps their access.
From the Privacy Policy page (or your account settings) you can download a JSON export, or permanently delete your account and all its data.
Yes, as one shared account. Sign in with the same account in the browser on each person's phone, and every receipt, expense, and budget lands in the same place. There are no bank logins to share; you import CSV statements you download yourself. If you want separate logins with roles for each person, that is what business accounts on the Team plan provide.
